Applying Bob Proctor's Paradigm Shift process, which I first applied to myself.

Phase 1 of my career was me the workhorse, respected, underpaid and overqualified as a highly successful broadcast journalist. I stayed in this role for far too long, in a steadily toxic environment, feeling stuck as if under an invisible glass ceiling.

Until I crashed and burnt out ... and quit journalism altogether. 

Phase 2 was about needing to heal myself. I craved decency and peace of mind at work. So I chose a massively nurturing work environment and a little bit more money as a political consultant.

Now I was even more respected, even more visible, but still coasting, still feeling stuck.

In mediocrity.

I could never shake off the feeling that I was playing small.  

Until I crashed and burned again - this time with fibromyalgia. Both, my personal life and professional lives were deeply unfulfilling and I had internalised the stress.  Silently.

 That was my paradigm. Either-Or. One or the Other. Either work hard for some measure of external validation, or trade money for peace of mind or trade my health for a false sense of security. 

Never believing, never knowing that I could have it. Abundant relationships, fabulous health and material prosperity. 

From the pain came the purpose. 

When I chose to be mentored by the late Bob Proctor, he helped me recognise that it was my thinking that was keeping me from living an abundant life.

I learnt his way and I stopped playing small.

I turned my life around, became his business partner and as a certified consultant and leader of this Thinking Into Results success mentorship for transformational leaders, I now help mission driven change agents  break through their conscious and unconscious prosperity and abundance blocks so that they too can lead a full spectrum life.

Phase 3 is me in my 40s. Excited for the future, confident building my first business from scratch, knowing the sky is the limit - and it is for you as well.
